Macknetic Tools was created out of real-life necessity by Douglas Macklin, a seasoned appliance repair technician with over 30 years of hands-on experience. After the pandemic, Douglas saw a gap in the market for tools that made repairs easier—especially in tight, dimly lit spaces.

So he designed a glove with a built-in magnetic fingertip and LED light—perfect for grabbing and screwing in small hardware without dropping anything. It's a smart, simple solution designed by someone who's lived the work every day.
